Spray and overglaze staining

Spray dyeing of cups is performed on a white base product
made out of ceramics or porcelain.

There are 3 basic dyeing techniques:

a) HYDROCOLOR - overglaze colouring of the outer surface of selected,
white products. This colouring may be doneon the entire outer surface of the mug,
a part of it or the handle itself. In addition to the primary colours others are also available, such as
glossy, matte, metallic, mirror and neon. Resistance to
washing in dishwashers is min. 400 cycles.
b) MULTICOLOR - overglaze staining of the inner surface of the porcelain with
any PANTONE colour. This staining is resistant to washing in a dishwasher
as well as to mechanical damage. The firing temperature is 900 degrees.
c) BASECOLOR - glaze, spray dyeing of promotional porcelain in one of the 11 available colours.
This staining is resistant to washing in a dishwasher, as well as to mechanical damage.
The firing temperature is 1200 degrees.

The firing temperature is 1200 degrees.
